may we know our previous carry marks so far? can we get the percentage for every assignment that we've done? we'd like to know our progress before the finals..plish sir...:)
I will show you your on-going marks next week after I've marked Quiz 2. And before the final exam or on the day itself I will post the on-going assessment on the notice booard outside Pn. Maftuhah's office
I THINK LA KAN...IN MY OPINION..
1) the purpose for the first article is to inform because it tells you that you can even have a family reunion via a fiber optic video cable.
Examples:
All three family members gaze at a 60-inch flat screen four feet in front of them.
The tone is sad and depressed.
Examples:
a) The gray, bare-walled room, the size of a prison cell, is more funereal than celebratory considering three people in it were there for a family reunion.
b) Fighting back tears, his half sister dabs her eyes with a white handkerchief while her nephew's eyes redden after hearing the heart-rending news.
2) the purpose for the second article is to persuade students not to cheat during their examination because cheating is not good for your future.
Examples:
Author David Callahan says parents must be explicit in talking with kids about cheating.
The tone is complaining and serious.
Examples:
There's plenty to suggest that academic cheating is epidemic in the country's high schools and colleges.
